• Return Window: Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards for beauty products, return or exchange requests for eligible items must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligibility: Items must be in original, unopened, and unused condition with all factory seals, protective packaging, and brand tags fully intact.
• Defective/Damaged Items: Cosmetics require careful transit handling. If you receive a damaged, leaking, or broken product, please contact us immediately upon delivery with clear photographic evidence so we can arrange an instant replacement or refund.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened cosmetics, tested skincare items, used makeup brushes, or products showing signs of tampering cannot be accepted for return due to strict health and hygiene regulations.
• Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method (or as store credit) once our quality assurance team inspects and verifies the returned items.
